About the position

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Mountain Park Health Center is responsible for maintaining staffing levels at their assigned facility. This role involves full-cycle talent acquisition, coordinating with third-party staffing support, and providing guidance to the Human Resource Business Partner team and facility leadership. The recruiter will also manage employment data entry into the HRIS for employees at their facility.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle talent acquisition duties including creating staffing strategies, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions at all levels of the organization and enter information into the HRIS and ATS system.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates through online networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
  • Drive the hiring process by engaging with managers, providing status updates on requisitions, compiling reports, and advising throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as an expert resource regarding staffing needs, collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria and mentoring them in interviewing best practices.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors supporting the talent acquisition function.
  • Attend and support local hiring and career events, establishing relationships with community partners.
  • Travel to multiple locations during shifts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a related field, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Talent acquisition experience that includes full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, agency recruiting, coordination, or HR experience in recruiting.
