About the position

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Rehrig Pacific Company is responsible for implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process. This role involves managing a team of Talent Acquisition coordinators, overseeing the entire hiring process, and establishing partnerships within the community to build a robust talent pipeline. The position also focuses on enhancing the employer brand and expanding the recruiting network to attract diverse and skilled talent.

Responsibilities

  • Implement an effective Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Define and establish the Talent Acquisition systems, processes, tools and practices for the organization.
  • Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified internal and external candidates.
  • Oversee the full process, from posting to hiring, ensuring a positive experience for the candidates.
  • Engage hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
  • Expand Recruitment Talent Pools and Social Media Strategy.
  • Review and enhance sourcing strategies and the use of social media for Talent Attraction.
  • Define a yearly calendar with talent attraction events, including frontline positions.
  • Strengthen internal job posting practices.
  • Incorporate new technologies to be more agile.
  • Enhance and Monitor Employer Branding and Schooling Strategy.
  • Develop a comprehensive employer branding plan to attract and engage diverse and skilled talent.
  • Create, implement, and monitor employment campaigns to attract passive job seekers.
  • Define a schooling strategy for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with colleges, job boards, and others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience implementing Talent Acquisition, Schooling and Employer Branding strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in family-owned companies, mid-size organizations or similar.
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate across language barriers.
  • Experience with job & career fairs, virtual events, etc. for technical and non-technical positions.
