At Elanco, a global leader in animal health, the role of Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Training Partner is crucial to the Talent Acquisition Operations Team. This position involves managing daily sourcing activities and collaborating closely with recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to coordinate sourcing efforts for both active and passive candidates. The successful candidate will lead and support recruiting training initiatives, ensuring the effective adoption of our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform and other technological systems. As an experienced Talent Acquisition partner, you will also oversee the recruiting process for confidential and executive-level searches, ensuring that the best candidates are identified and engaged throughout the hiring process. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for confidential and executive-level searches, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Lead Team and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies. Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for future hiring needs will be a key responsibility, as will driving team adoption of the Candidate Relationship Management platform by leading recruiter training sessions and creating valuable resources within the tool. You will also be responsible for developing communications, training materials, and job aids to facilitate the successful adoption of new processes and technology. Additionally, you will partner with the TA Operations Reporting team to measure technology adoption and effectiveness, working closely with recruiters and coordinators to understand their daily processes and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiencies. Assisting with the onboarding and training of recruiters will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the recruitment landscape.
