About the position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager will lead and develop recruiting and sourcing programs to deliver exceptional talent across various departments. This position will partner with internal recruiters and stakeholders in developing strong pipelines of qualified candidates for the business hiring cycles and needs. This individual will be the brand ambassador of the organization by promoting, attending career fairs, and community outreach to support our DE&I initiatives while supporting a fast-growing company. In this role, you will establish the sourcing program, which includes developing and implementing the organizational sourcing strategy. You will need to have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and philosophies, as well as the ability to build pipelines of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs. The position requires you to develop and maintain current recruiting programs, expand staffing resources to decrease time to fill, and prepare metrics that allow recruiters and hiring managers to make data-driven decisions for recruiting. You will also provide market research on hiring within the healthcare industry and track and report on sourcing activities. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, you will source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn recruiter, social media, professional associations, internal ATS, and Boolean searches. Collaboration with recruiters and coordinators for scheduling and logistics is essential, as well as implementing and maintaining recruiting programs and outreach initiatives to potential candidates. You will also maintain and enhance the current Employee Referral Program, ensuring that it remains effective and beneficial for the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of sourcing and pipeline generation experience
  • Experience networking, planning and attending job events
  • Experience working in recruitment agency or in-house corporate recruiter is highly preferred
  • Experience with Recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms is required
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
  • Able to resolve a wide range of issues in a creative way
  • Strong analytical and business communication skills
