The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager will lead the development, implementation and coordination of recruitment sourcing strategies and processes designed to attract top talent while leading the Talent Acquisition Team. This position is directly responsible for the employee lifecycle stages of sourcing, attraction and hiring. Additionally, this position will be responsible for sourcing metrics and analytics, leading and partnering with HR and business peers on projects and supporting the organization in meeting business objectives.
