About the position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner at Concorde Career Colleges plays a vital role in the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on sourcing and engaging candidates for current and future vacancies. This position is essential for attracting highly-skilled candidates through various recruiting channels, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and utilizing data analytics to enhance recruitment strategies. The role is remote and requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and identify candidates for current and future vacancies; establish a qualified candidate pool.
  • Leverage multiple communication channels (email, phone, text, etc.) to engage passive applicants.
  • Create and maintain job postings, sourcing campaigns, and communication templates that clearly define the role and company values.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, and community organizations to create successful recruiting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
  • Research industry and market trends to maximize lead generation and stay abreast of best practices.
  • Mine data, review analytics, and identify market trends to provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Maintain the candidate database and ensure accurate documentation for sourcing activities.
  • Define and report on metrics such as applicant flow and conversion rates.
  • Assist with recruiting processes including background checks and onboarding.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a talent sourcer, recruiter, or similar role.
  • Multi-state, multi-site experience (required).
  • Experience using various applicant tracking systems and sourcing software (preferred).
  • Corporate, sales, skilled trade, healthcare, and/or higher education recruiting experience (highly preferred).
  • Project management experience (highly preferred).
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with productivity software (MS Office), ATS (iCIMS), and social media platforms.
