About the position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner at Concorde Career Colleges plays a vital role in the Talent Acquisition team by identifying, attracting, and nurturing candidates for current and future vacancies. This position is essential for sourcing highly-skilled candidates through various channels and requires a self-starter who can engage effectively with potential candidates. The role emphasizes critical thinking, independent work, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful recruiting outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and identify candidates for current and future vacancies; establish a qualified candidate pool.
  • Leverage multiple communication channels (email, phone, text, etc.) to engage passive applicants.
  • Create and maintain job postings, sourcing campaigns, employee referral campaigns, and internal/external candidate communication templates.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and community/industry networking events.
  • Research industry and market trends, sourcing software, job boards, social media, and other networking opportunities to maximize lead generation.
  • Stay abreast of best practices regarding the use of technology to maximize lead generation.
  • Mine data, review analytics, and identify market trends; provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Maintain the candidate database and ensure accurate documentation for sourcing activities.
  • Define and report on metrics (applicant flow, conversion rates, retention rates, etc.).
  • Assist with recruiting processes including background checks and onboarding.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a talent sourcer, recruiter, or similar role.
  • Multi-state, multi-site experience (required).
  • Experience using various applicant tracking systems, sourcing software, and human resources information systems (preferred).
  • Corporate, sales, skilled trade, healthcare, and/or higher education recruiting experience (highly preferred).
  • Project management experience (highly preferred).
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, sales, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and compellingly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with corporate, sales, skilled trade, healthcare, and/or higher education recruiting.
  • Project management experience.
