About the position

The Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialist will play a crucial role in connecting talented individuals with job opportunities in the apartment industry. This temporary, full-time position is based in Denver, CO, and focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the property management sector. The role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and a nurturing work environment, with opportunities for advancement into a regular, full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Post compliant and engaging job advertisements to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the apartment industry.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by sending out onboarding packets and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to job postings, candidate screening, and hiring procedures.
  • Strive to hire the best talent for our clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with exceptional candidates.

Requirements

  • No prior staffing industry experience is required; entry-level candidates with a desire to learn are welcome.
  • Prior Apartment Industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and familiarity with job boards and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Google Sheets, as well as dual-screen multi-tasking experience.
