As our Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you'll be a key player in building the talented teams that drive our mission forward. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier candidates for a diverse range of current and future roles across Wingspan Care Group and our affiliate agencies. Responsibilities

  • Build robust talent pipelines that proactively address future needs and immediate vacancies, ensuring our agencies are always staffed with top talent who are dedicated to our mission.
  • Serve as a passionate brand ambassador, captivating potential candidates with compelling insights into our collaborative culture and the meaningful work of our partner agencies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their unique needs, enabling you to identify and attract candidates who will thrive in their roles and contribute to our success.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years’ work or internship experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Knowledge and extensive past use of server-based applicant tracking system.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to present new recruiting concepts to leadership and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to command the respect of senior level leaders and hiring managers.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and demonstrate ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes and abilities.
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge in using Agency computer systems, internet, email and other software as required to perform essential job functions, including ability to mine online databases.
