About the position

Syngenta is seeking a dynamic Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner to enhance our talent acquisition efforts across North America. This remote-based position, located in Greensboro, NC, is pivotal in building a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings. The successful candidate will lead all sourcing activities, collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners and Talent Management to identify, engage, and convert top talent for Syngenta. This role is essential in ensuring that we attract the best candidates who align with our mission of providing safe, nutritious, and affordable food while minimizing agricultural inputs. In this position, the Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner will be responsible for creating and implementing proactive talent sourcing programs aimed at filling key roles and addressing hard-to-fill positions. The role requires a strong ability to effectively present both the roles available and the company itself to potential candidates. Additionally, the partner will conduct thorough research and apply best practices in talent sourcing to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. This strategic approach will not only support immediate hiring needs but also contribute to the long-term talent strategy of Syngenta.

Responsibilities

  • Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Identify, engage, and convert top talent for Syngenta across North America.
  • Lead all sourcing activities in collaboration with TA Partners and Talent Management.
  • Create and implement proactive talent sourcing programs for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Effectively present roles and the company to candidates.
  • Conduct research and apply best practices in talent sourcing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management tools such as SmartRecruiters CRM.
  • Recruitment sourcing experience in a large national or global corporation.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing talent pipelines and communities.
  • Expertise in using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, and AI.
  • Experience using Market Insights and/or Talent Intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insight and SeekOut.
