About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Robins & Morton Group is responsible for providing top-tier talent acquisition services to hiring managers across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing recruiting strategies, maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice. The specialist will utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, particularly in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hiring of qualified team members for salaried positions.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Create and place job postings using various sources.
  • Contribute to the establishment of an employer of choice reputation for the company.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships to identify recruiting needs.
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Maintain technological and recruitment process knowledge to provide innovative recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction recruiting.
  • Ability to drive short- and long-term recruiting visions and maintain strong business understanding.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish professional, trusting, and meaningful relationships with candidates, potential candidates, clients, industry professionals, and Robins & Morton staff.
