About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bilingual is responsible for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while hiring talent for assigned business units across North and South America. This role involves consulting with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on operational recruitment demand.
  • Develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools.
  • Translate strategy into operational actions during the recruitment process.
  • Create attractive job descriptions to engage candidates.
  • Pro-actively source candidates using the company Sourcing Strategy and Applicant Tracking System.
  • Screen, introduce, and interview candidates.
  • Identify and develop channels for recruiting candidates for internships and agency openings.
  • Maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system.
  • Manage relations with external recruitment agencies and negotiate terms.
  • Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in cooperation with hiring managers.
  • Optimize internal and external recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Proven track record of recruitment in a high volume, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously.
  • Experience providing first-class internal customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in the logistics industry.
