About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morrison Healthcare is responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions within the organization. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to support the company's mission of providing exceptional food and nutrition services in healthcare settings. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.
