• Leverage advanced sourcing skills to identify and retain talent in niche markets.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
• Craft Boolean search strings for effective candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Identify trends and insights from recruitment conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Manage candidate pipelines with a detail-oriented approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume, tech-focused environment.
• Experience in an in-house recruitment environment.
• Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings for sourcing candidates.
• Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines.
• Detail-oriented approach to identify the best talent.

• Experience recruiting for Product or Engineering roles.
