Responsibilities

  • Recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Chinese Speaking: Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • Positive attitude
  • Dedication to quality patient care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
  • One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
  • High School Diploma or GED
