About the position

The Concierge Talent Acquisition Specialist at Apex Concierge Services Inc. is responsible for enhancing the hiring processes within the luxury services sector. This role involves attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from application through onboarding and training. The position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceptional service, with a hybrid work model that includes on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company culture.
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment activities including drafting offer letters and welcome emails.
  • Oversee new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct on-site orientations and provide new hires with necessary information and resources for their first day.
  • Act as the point of contact for new hire training and employee refresher training.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the luxury service sector.
  • Assist in developing employer branding strategies to promote Apex as an employer of choice.
  • Organize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and networking functions.
  • Navigate multiple systems including Microsoft365, DocuSign, ADP, Paylocity, Indeed, and Connect Teams.
  • Assist with new site logistics or projects when needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in hospitality or property management sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for enhancing candidate experience.
