About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for high-volume full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for Connections Health Solutions. This hybrid position focuses on attracting top talent in the behavioral health sector, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive high volume full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for the company.
• Source and attract quality candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to support staffing needs and interview processes.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork.
• Extend job offers and communicate benefit information to candidates.
• Ensure positive relationships with internal and external clients while managing time-to-hire standards.
• Use innovative sourcing methods by organizing and attending job fairs to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with HR team members to provide an elite pre-boarding and onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in recruiting/staffing.
• At least 2 years' experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with high volume recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• SHRM Certified Professional.
