About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at HealthAxis plays a crucial role in driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives for both internal staffing and client-based staff augmentation. This position requires a blend of recruitment expertise and project management skills to effectively execute hiring strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals. The specialist will enhance the employer brand, utilize advanced sourcing techniques, and ensure a seamless recruitment process while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on robust talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals for both internal and client-facing staffing needs.
  • Tailor recruitment plans to address specific hiring requirements, emphasizing staff augmentation solutions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier talent for internal positions and client projects, aligning with organizational and project specifications.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments to ensure candidates not only meet requirements but also align with the organization's standards.
  • Enhance the employer brand both internally and externally, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Stay abreast of the latest recruitment technologies and tools, integrating them into internal and client-focused projects for increased efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships and ensure clear communication regarding staffing needs and project progress.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, aligning recruitment efforts to fulfill internal staffing needs efficiently.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and needs to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, with the ability to recruit at all levels of the organization.
  • Focus on both internal and client staff augmentation desired.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Paycor Recruiting is a plus.
  • Experience using social media for sourcing and strong familiarity with forums like LinkedIn, Twitter, and discussion forums.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in sourcing resumes and pipelining candidates from various sources.
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Data-driven mindset, utilizing analytics to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Continuous learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.
