About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and screening top talent to meet the evolving needs of the business. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to ensure an efficient hiring process while enhancing recruitment excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process from initial market research to offer negotiations.
• Identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Screen potential hires to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective interview processes.
• Support projects involving system updates and job description revisions.
• Ensure timely routing of roles through appropriate organizational channels.
• Utilize tools like Dayforce to support the recruiting process and provide visibility into the recruiting pipeline.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth company or agency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via internet search tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
• Prior Dayforce experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with experience building successful relationships with business stakeholders.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
