About the position

The Talent Acquisition Partner II at Bluegreen Vacations is responsible for providing consultative guidance and support for high-volume recruiting operations. This role involves screening, interviewing, and facilitating the new hire process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and deliver top talent for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill staffing plans for high-volume business operations across multiple requisitions.
  • Build strong business partnerships with department leaders.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and retention.
  • Participate in weekly staffing meetings.
  • Educate hiring managers on new hire assessment interpretations.
  • Track recruiting reporting metrics and conduct turnover analyses.
  • Monitor expenses related to third-party staffing partner activity.
  • Assist with offer letter preparation and event planning for hiring activities.
  • Open job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and post positions to job boards.
  • Coordinate logistics for on and off-site hiring events and follow up with candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a recruitment function.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a must.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and employment.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and resources.
