About the position

This role is pivotal in supporting our early talent recruitment and hiring efforts within the Paint Stores organization. The successful candidate will execute our enterprise-wide early talent recruitment strategy, ensuring that we meet our business and hiring needs while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. This position is based in our Bellevue, WA office and will involve a combination of digital outreach and in-person engagement to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, managing a requisition volume to fill approximately 100 positions per year. This includes creating marketing campaigns, direct sourcing candidates, attending campus engagements, and building relationships with universities. The role requires a proactive approach to identify and attract a diverse candidate pool, ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with our diversity and inclusion objectives. The Specialist will also maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide exemplary customer service throughout the hiring process. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the Specialist will uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable laws. The position requires consistent travel within the territory, primarily during university recruitment event seasons, with travel expectations of up to 50%. Responsibilities

  • Execute Sherwin Williams' Early Talent recruitment strategy incorporating digital outreach and in-person engagement.
  • Create marketing campaigns and direct sourcing candidates for recruitment.
  • Attend campus engagements and build relationships with universities.
  • Conduct virtual interviews and manage candidate progression through the hiring process.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience through aligned processes across all levels of the candidate experience.
  • Maintain active candidate pipeline in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers, including candidates and HR leaders.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition as a full life cycle recruiter.
  • 1+ years of experience working with an ATS.
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing technologies to engage and source talent in a high-volume environment.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition as a full life cycle recruiter.
  • 2+ years of experience in Early Talent, high volume recruitment.
  • Previous experience in retail, industrial, customer service, or sales function recruiting.
