Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in hiring skilled trades and technical roles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
