About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various manufacturing roles within the electronics manufacturing sector. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, particularly for skilled trades and technical roles, ensuring alignment with the company's hiring needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and hire candidates for various manufacturing roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to track candidates and manage the hiring process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in hiring skilled trades and technical roles.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and hire candidates for various manufacturing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Understanding of technical job requirements in a manufacturing setting.
