As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine the ideal candidate's soft skills and technical requirements, utilizing both passive and active strategies to source top candidates. This position will focus on senior-level and hard-to-fill roles, and you will report directly to the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition. Your responsibilities will include developing and facilitating all phases of the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to draft detailed job descriptions, and designing targeted research strategies to source passive applicants. You will create a recruiting marketing plan and work with the marketing team to leverage social media platforms to promote our company culture and attract top talent. Additionally, you will screen applications, assess candidates for qualification and cultural fit, and participate in first-round interviews using behavioral interview techniques. You will also assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
