You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the ideal candidate's soft skills and technical requirements, ensuring that our recruitment efforts align with the strategic and financial objectives of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for all phases of the recruitment process, from drafting detailed job descriptions to designing targeted research strategies for sourcing passive applicants. You will create a recruiting marketing plan in collaboration with the marketing team, leveraging social media platforms to promote our company culture and attract top talent. Your thorough understanding of the company’s operations, competitors, and departmental roles will be crucial in identifying and implementing efficient recruiting methods tailored to the organization's needs. You will also screen applications, assess candidates for qualification matches and cultural fit, and participate in first-round interviews using behavioral interview techniques. Your responsibilities will extend to scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and collaborating with hiring managers during the offer process to recommend salary ranges and other pertinent details. Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations will be a key aspect of your role, as will attending college job fairs and networking events to enhance our recruitment efforts.
