About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Colavria Hospitality is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions within the organization. This role emphasizes a hospitality-focused approach to recruitment, aiming to enhance applicant exposure through various channels such as social media and community outreach. The position requires collaboration with different care communities to source talent and manage the interview and hiring processes effectively. Additionally, the specialist will assist in employee orientation and support other HR functions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Strategize to increase applicant exposure and traffic through social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview and hiring process for various positions.
  • Assist in employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Support other Human Resource functions when the HR Generalist is unavailable.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a multi-site healthcare organization preferred.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills.
  • Proven strong customer service orientation with an understanding of creating a memorable and positive customer experience.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; experience may be in lieu of formal education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Some exposure to Human Resources functions will be helpful.
