About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sollis Health is responsible for recruiting top talent in the healthcare sector, focusing on both clinical and non-clinical positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience while promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers and participate in recruitment events, all while contributing to the company's employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for positions both clinical and non-clinical across Sollis Health.
  • Source qualified candidates using extensive sourcing, networking, and screening techniques.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn and Indeed, and the ATS Greenhouse to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing, pre-screens, scheduling interviews, monitoring reference checks, and extending offers.
  • Maintain resume database and candidates for assigned area(s).
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to provide quality service and staffing expertise.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives as necessary.
  • Help build and execute Sollis Health's employer brand, ensuring consistency across job promotions and communications with candidates.
  • Partner with the Senior Onboarding and Provider Specialist to ensure a high-class pre-hire experience for candidates.
  • Promote and support diversity in recruitment efforts, ensuring an equitable and inclusive hiring process.
  • Focus on the candidate experience to ensure timely communications and feedback are provided to candidates.
  • Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare and clinical recruitment experience, ideally in Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant recruitment.
  • Proficient in recruitment sourcing techniques and technology.
  • Experience in a fast-paced growing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate, interact, influence, and negotiate with various stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in physician or advanced practice recruitment is strongly preferred.
