The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates for healthcare positions. This temporary role involves utilizing various recruiting methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates, conducting prescreening interviews, and managing the interview scheduling process. The specialist will also be responsible for verifying candidate credentials and conducting background checks.

Responsibilities

• Source a diverse pool of candidates according to relevant job criteria using internet postings, approved recruiting sources, and resume databases.
• Prescreen selected candidates to evaluate basic skill level, culture fit, mission of service, compensation fit and other qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and testing appointments.
• Conduct employment references, ensure credentials and education are verified, and complete background checks.

Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Some experience with ATS systems
• 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience
