We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a proactive approach to recruiting. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Engage in cold calling to reach out to prospective candidates and introduce them to available opportunities.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Paychex and Workday to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with the training development team to ensure new hires receive appropriate onboarding support.
• Execute executive recruiting strategies for senior-level positions within the organization.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, providing regular updates on candidate status.

Requirements

• Proven ability to negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
• Strong research skills to identify potential talent pools and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent relationship management skills, enabling you to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in training development is a plus, enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Spanish Speaker is a must.
