About the position

The International Crane Foundation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes. This hybrid position requires 2-3 days on campus at the headquarters in Baraboo, WI, and focuses on aligning the workforce with the organization's mission of wildlife conservation. The role involves overseeing US-based recruiting, conducting orientations, and fostering engagement among new staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for US-based positions.
• Conduct administrative orientations for new hires.
• Coordinate program overviews and regular check-ins for new staff.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for recruitment.
• Ensure alignment of workforce with the organization's mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of proven experience in recruitment.
• Professional Human Resource designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now HRIS preferred.
• Not-for-profit experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in benefits administration.
• SHRM Certified Professional certification.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
