Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies using platforms such as Workstream, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage in job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define position requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.
  • Advertise job openings across various platforms and manage the scheduling of interviews.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in hospitality or retail.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years of experience in communication skills.
