About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Volitiion IIT Inc. plays a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment processes during the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM. This hybrid position requires working three days onsite and focuses on developing a talent acquisition process that effectively recruits and retains high-performing employees. The specialist will utilize Oracle HCM to analyze recruitment data and improve the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth transition in hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Support in implementing a new talent acquisition software system that will support staffing needs and job applications.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand expectations of the system and track key recruiting KPIs.
• Develop a process for integrating Oracle HCM into our talent acquisition workflows.
• Work closely with project leads and technical teams to configure Oracle HCM for optimal talent acquisition functionalities.
• Stay updated on the best practices for leveraging Oracle HCM for recruitment purposes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the new system.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing talent acquisition activities in a large organization, with union and non-union populations.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Familiarity with job boards, resume databases, and applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and PeopleSoft HCM.
