About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I at Behavioral Innovations, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on sourcing and hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. You will be responsible for posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting prescreening interviews, and maintaining talent pipelines to ensure we attract the best talent in the field. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other members of the HR team to coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate offers, and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically iCIMS. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, as you will be expected to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced recruiting environment. You will also be responsible for refreshing job postings regularly and ensuring that candidates remain engaged throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (iCIMS).
  • Post positions for assigned region and refresh job postings no less than every 30 days.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure efficient and timely hiring.
  • Provide KPI reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ months of ABA experience highly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
