About the position

Mount Indie, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growth in the cleared recruiting sector, focusing on high-stakes national security missions. This role emphasizes the importance of soft skills, resilience, and a proactive approach to recruiting, with a commitment to mentorship and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an outbound cold call strategy to both passive and active candidates.
• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions across various positions.
• Stay extremely organized in your recruiting process, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring a personalized, strategic approach.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, program managers, and business development leads to understand job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Consistently follow our structured process to maximize candidate response rates.
• Maintain high data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate clearly and confidently throughout every stage of the recruitment process with candidates and team leads.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sales, or business development roles.
• Proficiency working with ATS or CRM systems.
• Proficiency in typing at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to research using open source tools, chrome extensions and social media sites.
• Computer literate and able to work within different systems and web applications.
