About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a crucial role in transforming the company and the industry by managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about human resources and recruiting, and who are eager to contribute to a diverse and equitable work environment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with HR business partners, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to understand current talent needs and develop a strategic recruiting plan that aligns with the company's business strategy. Your efforts will directly support Stewart's mission to deliver high-quality results and attract top talent to the organization. In this role, you will manage a moderate volume of requisitions, conducting meetings with hiring managers to discuss talent needs and provide updates on active searches. You will be tasked with researching, developing, and implementing innovative recruitment campaigns using various search tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media channels. Your ability to attract and acquire quality talent will be essential, as you will champion the Stewart brand and culture while effectively presenting job opportunities to potential candidates. Additionally, you will oversee the logistics of the interviewing process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will manage the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring all pre-hire requirements are communicated and completed in a timely manner. This includes coordinating background checks, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that all new hire onboarding tasks are completed. Throughout your work, you will follow established procedures while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a moderate volume of requisitions within a discipline.
  • Conduct meetings with hiring managers to discuss talent needs and provide updates on active searches.
  • Research, develop, and implement innovative recruitment campaigns utilizing various search tools.
  • Attract and acquire quality talent by fostering candidate pipelines and championing the Stewart brand.
  • Oversee interviewing logistics to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates, including communication on pre-hire requirements.
  • Follow existing procedures to perform routine assignments and solve standard problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related work experience in recruiting operations or similar roles.
  • Experience in the Title industry is preferred.
  • Conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within HR and Recruiting disciplines.
  • Workday experience preferred.
