About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Landmark Medical Center is responsible for full-cycle recruitment within the healthcare system. This role focuses on developing effective recruiting and selection strategies to meet the current and future workforce needs of the hospital and regional level. The specialist will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure recruitment practices align with organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system.
  • Develop recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing to address workforce needs.
  • Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met.
  • Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR staff to meet recruiting needs.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new search mediums.
  • Train other Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Two years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using various sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.
