About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Providence Medical Center is responsible for full-cycle recruitment within the healthcare system. This role focuses on developing effective recruiting strategies to meet current and future workforce needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system.
  • Develop recruiting and selection strategies to address workforce needs.
  • Source and screen candidates for job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met.
  • Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR staff to meet recruiting needs.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new search mediums.
  • Train other Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Two years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using various sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.
