The Talent Acquisition Specialist III at Boston Scientific will play a pivotal role in supporting the sourcing, pipelining, market analytics, and campaign activities for the company's commercial sales organization. This position requires a consultative approach and creative thinking to develop a robust and diverse recruitment strategy in collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional Centers of Excellence (COEs). The specialist will be responsible for influencing hiring managers on best practices for recruitment across various sales organizations, ensuring that the company attracts top talent to meet its strategic goals. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the sales recruiting team, developing, executing, and tracking sourcing strategies for both passive and active candidates. Utilizing a variety of tools such as Success Factors, 8fold, Seekout, and LinkedIn Recruiter, you will engage with potential candidates and build large-scale talent pools to address immediate hiring needs and create long-term networks. Your responsibilities will also include representing talent acquisition on various projects and initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement of the recruitment processes, and contributing to the development of new concepts and standards in talent acquisition. The position requires full cycle management of requisitions as needed, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
