About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a facility/building management company. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in employee orientation and onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
