About the position

The Technical Sourcer role is a 6-month contract position focused on identifying and engaging passive candidates for various open positions, particularly in the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will utilize advanced sourcing techniques and collaborate with recruiters to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to communication requirements with business partners in China.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean and alternative search techniques.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their fit for open positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
• Support various hiring projects by strategizing talent sourcing pipelines.

Requirements

• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a huge plus.
