About the position

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying quality candidates, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, as well as familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You will manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities, and develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources. Staying updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices will be essential to ensure effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure effective hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruiting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
