About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing staffing support to assigned regions, executing full-cycle recruiting, and managing hiring events to ensure a consistent candidate pool for hourly positions. This role acts as a brand ambassador, generating candidate flow through field recruiting and maintaining effective communication with HR and management. The position requires a proactive approach to meet staffing goals and manage the orientation process for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8-10 hiring events weekly based on regional prioritization.
• Conduct team member interviews successfully.
• Manage advertisement budget for assigned regions to maximize exposure and generate applicant pools.
• Reach out to candidates daily through various platforms like Workday, Snagajob, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Generate candidate flow from field recruiting by partnering with local universities, churches, and organizations.
• Update required reports consistently to meet staffing goals of 85% per assigned region.
• Provide feedback to HR and management as determined by the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
• Manage the orientation process to ensure timely completion of new hire actions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to execute hiring effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a staffing role.
• 2+ years' experience in QSR/restaurant preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• High energy level and ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills and passion for the company.
• Ability to handle and protect confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with onboarding, E-Verify, and I9 verification preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish or Creole) preferred.
