About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at RK Logistics Group, Inc. is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. The specialist will develop effective recruiting strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Collaborate with internal/external departments to ensure a smooth first day
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
