About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and manage the full cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization. This role focuses on implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
• Implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
• Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
