About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mountaire, you will play a crucial role in executing all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding for both Salaried and Hourly Professionals. This position is onsite in Millsboro, DE, and requires a proactive approach to identifying hiring needs in collaboration with hiring managers. You will ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and manage the end-to-end recruitment process using the Oracle Recruit Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing through various recruiting platforms, defining requisitions for open positions, and overseeing the candidate selection and onboarding processes. You will also guide and direct the management of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for all candidates. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a strong focus on operational excellence and outstanding performance, reflecting the core values of Mountaire. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs on a regular basis.
  • Ensure EEO compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize the Oracle Recruit ATS for managing the recruitment process.
  • Source candidates using various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Create and define requisitions for Hourly Professional and Salary-Exempt open positions.
  • Review candidates and establish salary parameters during the selection process.
  • Enhance the candidate onboarding experience.
  • Guide and direct the management of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Recruiter Certification or SHRM Certification is preferred.
