About the position
This is an onsite role focused on executing all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Salaried and Hourly Professionals. The position requires collaboration with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and ensure compliance with EEO regulations throughout the recruitment process using the Oracle Recruit ATS.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify hiring needs.
- Ensure EEO compliance and manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the Oracle Recruit ATS.
- Source candidates utilizing various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting strategies.
- Identify open positions for Hourly Professionals and Salary-Exempt roles, and create/define requisitions.
- Review candidates, establish salary parameters, and manage the candidate onboarding experience.
- Guide and direct the management of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in recruitment.
- Recruiter Certification or SHRM Certification.
