The Talent Acquisition Partner provides consultative guidance and support for high-volume recruiting business operations. The role includes screening, interviewing, collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating the new hire process. In addition, they will communicate with hiring managers and key stakeholders updates relates to Talent Acquisition activity.
