The Perfect Child is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to take on the dual role of Talent Acquisition Specialist and RBT Trainer. This position is crucial for the growth and development of our team, as it involves overseeing the hiring and training processes within our San Jose training center/clinic. As an ABA company, we are committed to helping families with autistic children receive the necessary therapy to enhance their lives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly while providing valuable training and support to new staff members. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including the hiring and onboarding of new employees, developing and implementing effective training procedures, and ensuring that the clinic is well-equipped to provide the necessary training and services. You will collaborate closely with the HR Assistant and various departments to maintain an efficient and effective operation within the clinic. This position is not only about filling roles but also about fostering a supportive environment where new Behavior Technicians can thrive and develop their skills. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/RBT Trainer, you will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolutions. You will review resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate training for new employees, ensuring they are properly onboarded before their training begins. Your role will also involve working closely with clinical staff to develop effective training programs for new Behavior Technicians and aspiring RBTs. You will take a lead role in training incoming staff, communicate employment information, and assist with onboarding-related queries. Additionally, you will provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, ensuring a pleasant onboarding and training experience for all new hires.
