Responsibilities

  • Facilitate full-cycle recruitment efforts
  • Create a first-class experience for all applicants
  • Design creative job postings and develop advertising avenues to attract great candidates
  • Partner/coach hiring managers on selecting top talent
  • Implement supervisor interview and selection training
  • Support staffing and department growth plans
  • Execute pipeline strategies
  • Represent Chapa-De at career fairs & community events
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects
  • Directly impact people's career path.

Requirements

  • Two years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • At least 4 years of professional experience
  • Healthcare and in-house recruitment experience highly desired
  • Workforce planning & in-house recruitment experience highly desired
