About the position

Chapa-De is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility between remote work and in-office collaboration at our Auburn or Grass Valley locations. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to American Indians and low-income individuals in our communities. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a first-class experience for all applicants, designing creative job postings, and developing innovative advertising avenues to attract great candidates. You will partner with and coach hiring managers on selecting the best talent, while also collaborating with the HR team on special projects that directly impact the career paths of individuals and the quality of patient care we deliver. Your exceptional communication skills and goal-oriented mindset will be essential in achieving our recruitment objectives and enhancing our organizational culture. Requirements

  • Two years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • At least four years of professional experience
  • Healthcare and in-house recruitment experience highly desired
